What you will be doing:
- Deliver exceptional customer service within an onsite company store located at Nvidia, Santa Clara, CA
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring product accuracy within the system
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Monitor and balance daily cash flow, reconcile POS systems, and complete required bank deposits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and backroom
- Support store operations including opening/closing, phone sales, and customer inquiries
- Operate in a fast-paced environment, including standing for extended periods and handling physical inventory (lifting 25+ lbs, ladder use, pallet breakdown)

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of related experience (1–2 years preferred)
- 1+ year of retail experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in onsite retail, onsite customer service, or company store environments
