About HUD

HUD is building infrastructure to create RL training data and evals for frontier AI agents, as well as a marketplace to sell these to frontier labs through the HUD marketplace. Our platform is used by frontier labs, Fortune 500 companies, and startups. We’ve raised $16M from top VCs and were YC W25.

About the role

We’re always looking for talent across Research, Engineering, GTM, and Operations. If none of the open roles are a fit but you think there’s something you can contribute to HUD, let us know here.

Responsibilities

Tell us what you’d like to do and how this would help HUD grow. Please be specific and don’t apply unless you’ve done research on HUD and our work. Remember, this is your chance to pitch us on why we should hire you.

Experience

Tell us about your experiences and why they are relevant to what you would like to do at HUD. Give us concrete evidence of why you’re extraordinary - our team members are in the top percentile of what they do and we intend to keep the bar high even as we scale.

We prioritize technical aptitude and learning potential over years of experience. Motivated candidates are encouraged to apply even if they don't meet all criteria.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
