Position Purpose:
The Operational Risk Analyst supports the identification, assessment, and monitoring of key risks within Enterprise Business Operations Services. This role applies foundational risk management concepts, performs data analysis, and supports reporting and documentation activities to promote effective operational, compliance, and enterprise risk management.

Key Details:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J -1, OPT, or CPT.

This is a remote position. A strong understanding of risks and controls and healthcare claims experience is preferred.

  • Support the identification and assessment of operational, regulatory, compliance, and initiative-level risks.
  • Assist with analysis of data to identify risk trends, control gaps, and emerging risk indicators.
  • Support documentation of risks, mitigation strategies, and remediation action plans.
  • Partner with business owners and project teams to gather risk-related information and support control assessments.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of risk management processes, and internal controls within EBOS.
  • Prepare routine risk reports, dashboards, and metrics using established frameworks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business management, or equivalent experience required
2+ years of business process, risk identification, control implementation, or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare required
 

Pay Range: $27.02 - $48.55 per hour
