Job Title: IT Operations Analyst
Location: Foster City, CA

Overview:
The Operations Analyst will run vendor lifecycle operations — including vendor onboarding, contract renewals, submitting and tracking purchase requests (PRs), and relationship management — while supporting key organizational communications and tracking special projects for IT leadership. The role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and seamless coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with Procurement, Legal, and IT.
  • Manage and track contract renewals, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Create, monitor, and reconcile Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and related financial documentation.
  • Maintain accurate vendor data, documentation, and renewal trackers.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to streamline approvals and payments.
  • Support organizational communication by preparing updates, reports, and summaries for leadership.
  • Assist executive staff with tracking and reporting on key operational and program milestones.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency in vendor operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor operations, procurement, or contract management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Workday) and Excel/Sheets for reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and minimal supervision.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location. Please note this range reflects base salary and does not include incentive compensation or potential equity grants. We also offer a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package.
