About the role

We’re looking for an Operations Analyst who’s excited to jump in, figure things out, and help us scale. This isn’t a “watch and learn” role—you’ll be doing real work from day one.

Dispel provides Zero Trust Access solutions to industrial organizations, specializing in products like Secure Remote Access and Data Streaming. As a leading provider in moving target defense-based Zero Trust Access, we cater to sectors including manufacturing, utilities, building management, and government. Our customers include Fortune 500 firms in food & beverage, automotive, cosmetics, oil & gas, energy, chemicals, and consumer goods.

You’ll sit at the center of the business, working across Product, Engineering, and more to keep things running, fix what’s broken, and build better ways of operating. If you’re curious, scrappy, and want exposure to how a fast-growing company actually works, you’ll thrive here!

Please plan for a start date of June 15, 2026.

  • Get hands-on with internal tools, systems, and data
  • Take ownership of projects and grow your scope quickly
You might be a great fit if you
  • Are a recent grad or early in your career (no specific major required)
  • Are naturally curious and love solving problems
  • Don’t wait to be told what to do—you take initiative
  • Communicate clearly and enjoy working with different types of people
  • Can stay organized while juggling multiple things
  • Are excited by fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments
What you’ll get
  • Real ownership, fast — your work will matter immediately
  • Rapid growth — your role can evolve quickly as you prove yourself
  • Cross-functional exposure — work with teams across the entire company
  • Mentorship + access — learn directly from experienced operators and leaders
  • A team that builds together — low ego, high collaboration
How we work
  • Growth
You lean into challenges—even when they’re uncomfortable. You’re here to learn fast, get better every day, and aren’t afraid of hard feedback or new problems.
  • Tenacity
You don’t drop the ball. When something breaks or gets messy, you stay on it, figure it out, and follow through. You care about doing things the right way—even when it’s harder.
  • Ownership
You take responsibility for your work end-to-end. Whether it’s a small task or a bigger project, you make sure it gets done well, on time, and thoughtfully.
  • Delight
You think beyond the task to the people it impacts—customers, partners, and teammates. You aim to make every interaction smoother, faster, and more thoughtful, creating trust and a consistently great experience with our team and product.
