You will work closely with the Chief of Staff for the R&D org to develop and evolve processes, tools, and structures that drive continuity and value across Flatiron.

- Support financial reporting and forecasting for the R&D org, with a focus on cloud consumption spend (e.g., AWS, Snowflake)
- Assist with optimizing software usage and vendor engagements, including analyzing usage, and navigating internal review mechanisms in partnership with Procurement
- Develop and maintain resources and processes that support managers of contingent workers in technical domains
- Contribute to the execution of Engineering org initiatives, such as the rollout and analysis of the annual Developer Experience survey
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and evolve processes and resources that contribute to a smooth running R&D organization.

- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- You have previous experience in a professional or corporate environment (internship or full-time)
- You have strong organisational skills and sense of ownership with the ability to keep projects and processes on track, and to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
- You are a strong and clear communicator (written and verbal), with ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You are able to juggle multiple projects at once
- You have a high attention to detail, strong analytical skills and are proficient in spreadsheets
- You have an understanding of engineering concepts and curiosity to learn
- You are comfortable using AI tooling to support your efficiency without sacrificing quality
