About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations Associate to keep our internal systems and client workflows running smoothly. This is a cross-functional role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving logistical puzzles, and is excited to support a mission-driven team.
You’ll work closely with our clinical, client success, and leadership teams to ensure day-to-day operations are efficient, reliable, and scalable.
ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day operational logistics across client and clinician workflows
Set up and monitor key internal systems (scheduling, intake tracking, reporting dashboards)
Coordinate referrals, onboarding steps, and scheduling between multiple stakeholders
Respond to clinician and client support needs with a “find the fix” mindset
Document repeatable processes and propose improvements as we grow
Help build internal dashboards and trackers to monitor service delivery and team capacity
Support special projects (e.g. launching new employer clients, onboarding new providers)
Pitch in wherever needed—this is a startup and we all roll up our sleeves
Qualifications
1–3 years experience in operations, admin, project coordination, or client support—ideally in a startup, healthcare, or tech-enabled services environment
Super organized and proactive—you anticipate needs before they arise
Comfortable working in spreadsheets, tools like Airtable or Notion, and willing to learn new tech quickly
A clear and professional communicator (email, Zoom, Slack)
Calm under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset
Excited to work on a small team where your input matters and your role will evolve
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000-120,000. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
