We're looking for a part-time Operations Coordinator to join our growing team at Lighthouse. In this role, you'll help keep our office, print, mail, and document operations running smoothly, ensuring important filings and internal workflows are completed accurately and on time.
You will work closely with our legal, operations, and customer teams to coordinate printing, document assembly, shipping, mail handling, office logistics, and administrative support. This is a great role for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You'll DoCoordinate printing, assembly, scanning, and shipment of immigration filings and supporting documents.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping labels, courier coordination, package tracking, and delivery confirmations.
Maintain organized physical and digital document systems to ensure records are accurate, complete, and easy to access.
Support office operations, including supplies, equipment, vendors, workspace organization, and day-to-day team needs.
Assist legal and operations teams with administrative workflows, document quality checks, and filing preparation.
You are exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
You enjoy keeping things running smoothly and creating order across many moving pieces.
You are comfortable handling physical documents, printing, scanning, mailing, and administrative workflows with a high degree of accuracy.
You communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and take pride in being dependable.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited by the ownership, ambiguity, and learning opportunities that come with building a growing company.

Experience as an operations coordinator, administrative coordinator, legal assistant, executive assistant, office coordinator, or similar role.
Experience working with documents, printing, mail, shipping, records, or administrative workflows.
Strong comfort with technology tools, spreadsheets, task trackers, and digital organization systems.
Interest in startups, operations, legal services, immigration, or technology-enabled services.
