Position Summary
As an Office Coordinator at AstroForge, you'll be the operational backbone of our workplace — keeping our team resourced, organized, and running smoothly. You'll manage everything from inventory and shipping to office supplies and snacks, while building the processes that help us scale. This role is ideal for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and excited about supporting a fast-moving space startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related needs, including facilities management, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure a well-stocked, functional workspace with cost-effective, quality resources.
- Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders to prevent shortages.
- Track and manage purchase orders, invoices, and payments to ensure accurate record keeping and budget adherence.
- Coordinate all shipping and receiving operations, including scheduling pickups, processing inbound deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Oversee snacks and food services, including vendor relationships, ordering, stocking, and maintaining a welcoming kitchen environment.
- Serve as the go-to resource for day-to-day office needs, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the team.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an office coordinator, operations, or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, or facilities coordination.
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through without needing constant direction.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Must be able to work onsite in Seal Beach, CA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an aerospace, manufacturing, or hardware startup environment.
- Familiarity with procurement platforms or inventory management tools.
- Experience coordinating with vendors or managing service contracts.
- Background in building or documenting operational processes and SOPs.

Pay Range
$32.50 –40.75 per hour, commensurate with experience.
