JP Morgan Personal Investing is looking for an experienced and motivated ISA Operations Associate to lead a division of the ISA Transfers team. You will have demonstrable experience with ISA transfers ideally using the Equisoft / Altus platform, a desire for continuous improvement and some experience of team management or supervision. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the cash and asset Transfer process for ISA, JISA, LISA and GIA, and includes oversight of LISA House Purchase. An eye for detail is essential as is the will to succeed as you will be joining part-way through a period of significant change. This is a demanding but rewarding role with significant opportunity for growth. 


Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead, manage and empower a division of the ISA Transfers team reporting to the Team Manager.

  • Deliver accurate and timely cash ISA transfers in and out of the bank using the Equisoft platform.

  • Ensure timely banking and withdrawals.  

  • Conduct instruction verification, QC and reconciliations. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues often under pressure. 

  • Lead transformation processes.

  • Identify, resource and deliver process improvement. 

  • Effectively manage a geographically spread team and support their career development. 


Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:


  • Experience with ISA cash and asset transfers ideally using the Equisoft platform. 

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM. 

  • Initial managerial or supervisory experience. 

  • Excellent organisational skills to manage and prioritise workload. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Curiosity and a will to succeed.

  • Ability to work in the office on a full-time basis. 


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: 


  • Proficiency in MS office especially Excel.
