Who You Are:
X is seeking a seasoned, results-driven Senior Operations Manager to join the Monetization Integrity team. You’re an operations leader with a strong track record of building and scaling processes at the intersection of business integrity and customer excellence. You bring analytical rigor and operational excellence and demonstrate an understanding of risk, quality, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and scale monetization integrity operations by designing efficient workflows that mitigate product abuse while enabling business growth. 

  • Monitor, identify, and investigate fraudulent or suspicious activity across the monetization ecosystem using data-driven insights and risk signals. 

  • Design and refine enforcement guidelines and automation opportunities to enhance review efficiency, accuracy, and consistency at scale. 

  • Identify and resolve edge cases with the agent team, providing a feedback loop to product and policy stakeholders to account for such cases in the future. 

  • Conduct analyses and report on trends, quality concerns, and process inefficiencies. Develop recommendations based on these analyses and drive implementation.

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a tech or digital platform environment. 

  • Ability to develop highly efficient and effective processes independently. 

  • Strong research, analytical, investigative, and communication skills. 

  • Experience working with large datasets and SQL to build dashboards and reports and complete analyses to drive operational improvements. 

  • Works well under pressure and is comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 

  • Operations engineering experience is a plus.
