The Senior Analyst will support the Global Distribution Policy COE on all matters, including, but not limited to:

• Working with the Director of the Policy COE on all Methods/Measures identified in the V2MOM.
• Project managing key initiatives and programs across the Policy COE and Global Sales Policy.
• Identifying areas where the Policy COE can make direct meaningful impact. Driving cross functional alignment in a highly matrixed environment.
• Special projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.A.
• Strong Salesforce and Google Slides Skills.
• Demonstrated experience working on policy-related matters.
• Consulting experience a plus but not required.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
