Role OverviewWe are looking for an Operations Specialist to help build and scale the operational foundation that supports our rapidly growing, global AI team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning core operational processes, systems, and coordination across teams—bringing structure, reliability, and continuous improvement to day-to-day operations.
ResponsibilitiesOwn the employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, offboarding, and key employee transitions
Support audits, reporting, and documentation related to employment, immigration, compliance
Managing internal tools and systems
Track operational spend, subscriptions, renewals, and vendor records
Provide executive and leadership support, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-through on action items
4+ years of experience in Operations, HR, Business Operations, or related role
Comfortable managing tools, systems access, and operational workflows
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
