At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we’ve grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team of more than 140 people, supporting hundreds of practices nationwide.

Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Strategy Senior Manager or Principal to drive Moxie’s most critical cross-functional initiatives — from new state launches to scaling the systems that power our services.

In this highly strategic and hands-on role, you’ll design the frameworks, processes, and operational playbooks that enable Moxie to expand efficiently and compliantly as we grow. You’ll work closely with leaders across Legal, Product, Operations, and Sales to turn strategic goals into scalable, executable plans.

You’ve likely led operational strategy at a high-growth startup or consulting firm — building the foundations that fuel expansion, improve efficiency, and deliver business leverage. At Moxie, your work will do the same: turning operational complexity into clarity, systems, and speed.

We’re open to hiring this role at either the Senior Manager or Principal level depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

Lead Strategic Initiatives

  • Own the planning and execution of new state launches and service expansions, translating complex legal and operational requirements into actionable workstreams.

  • Partner with Product, Legal, and Operations to ensure every launch is built for scale, compliance, and long-term sustainability.

Design Scalable Systems

  • Architect repeatable frameworks and tools that keep Moxie fast and consistent as we grow — from compliance operations to service delivery.

  • Automate and streamline how information flows between teams (e.g., connecting Notion, HubSpot, Slack, and AI tools for real-time visibility).

Drive Cross-Functional Execution

  • Act as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, alignment on priorities, and seamless handoffs between departments.

  • Lead operational readiness reviews for every new state or service launch, ensuring the company is “go-live ready.”

Forecast and Optimize Capacity

  • Build and maintain models that help team leads forecast operational workload, identify bottlenecks, and plan resourcing ahead of growth.

Analyze and Improve Performance

  • Track performance of add-on services and operational initiatives, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve margins.

Scale Legal & Compliance Operations

  • Partner with Legal and external vendors to manage filings, track requirements, and build scalable systems for multi-state compliance.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strategic Operator — 6–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting. Experience in high-growth startups, management consulting, or business operations required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

  • Systems Thinker — Skilled at diagnosing operational bottlenecks and designing scalable frameworks that bridge strategy and execution.

  • Analytical Builder — Comfort with structured problem solving, data-driven decision making, and building tools to improve performance visibility.

  • Cross-Functional Leader — Proven track record leading initiatives across multiple functions, balancing competing priorities, and influencing without authority.

  • Tech-Forward and Curious — Strong command of Notion, HubSpot, and workflow automation tools; excitement about AI and automation in operations.

  • Strategic Communicator — Ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for executives.

Why Join Moxie
  • High-Impact Work: You’ll lead initiatives that directly shape how Moxie scales and operates.

  • Systems that Scale: Architect the next generation of operational systems that power our expansion.

  • Strategic Autonomy: Own cross-functional projects end-to-end, from strategy through execution.

  • Growth & Development: Collaborate with experienced operators and leaders solving complex problems in a fast-scaling business.

  • Competitive compensation, stock options, and comprehensive benefits.

At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values: act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day.

We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know, we’re happy to assist.
