We are looking for an Agency Onboarding Contractor to join our Agency Channel Management team and own our data entry workflow and execute the New Agency Appointment Procedure.


What you’ll do:

  • Own data entry workflows, utilizing Google Drive, Google Sheets and national insurance databases to carry out the New Agency Appointment Procedure
  • Manually input agent and agency data from Google Drive into a master tracking document in Google Sheets 
  • Validate information provided by agent partners by cross-referencing information in each state insurance database with information in the master tracking document 
  • Upload Next Partner agents and agency data manually from the master tracking document into national insurance databases to complete appointment process
  • Actively update the status of appointments in the master tracking document
  • Identify gaps in the appointment process and opportunities to streamline the workflow

Our headquarter office is located in the College Terrace neighborhood in the city of Palo Alto, California and near all the local eateries on California Ave. We also have offices in Rochester, NY and Boston, MA.
