Requirements
- Manage the two VP's calendars extensively, including organizing internal and external meetings across multiple time zones & location
- Take ownership of domestic & international travel arrangements
- Prioritize conflicting demands; handle matters efficiently, and follow through on projects to successful completion
- Prepare and file executive expense reports
- Partner with Recruiting to accommodate candidate interviews with executives
- Assist with internal and external event planning
- Assist with preparation of presentation or meeting materials
- Maintains confidentiality and deals with information that is highly sensitive
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
- Sharp, exceptionally organized, highly intuitive, and able to anticipate needs
- Inherent analytical skills and good financial literacy to adopt a variety of projects
- Achieved high-performance goals and meet deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for excellence and working in a team environment with a strong company culture
- Prioritized multiple tasks seamlessly with impeccable attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
