ABOUT THE ROLE


We're looking for someone who has experience handling memberships and fees associated with MLS (Multiple Listing Services) along with an in-depth understanding of the license transfer process for real estate salespersons.


You're an outstanding operations specialist and driven in your desire to deliver quality results. You're capable, independent, self-motivated, and operate effectively in a self-starting environment as well as on a team.


Finally, you're interested in helping to scale a fast-growing startup while building the breadth of your proficiencies alongside the company's development.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Agent license transfers
  • Creating additional offices within existing broker MLS membership
  • MLS membership pipeline management
  • Configuration of new MLS territories in Broker Metrics and Home Junction
  • complete IDX listing agreements
  • complete transfer forms
  • Walk partner and associate agents through MLS requirements at launch
  • Configure syndications for partner launch
  • Edit listings within the MLS

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE?

  • Active real estate license in OR, GA, CO, DC, VA, MD, NY
  • Preferred 2+ years of real estate experience assisting a real estate team and/or Realtor
  • Self-starter, highly adaptable and independent with an appetite for learning
  • Detail-focused, meticulous, process-minded and able to prioritize accordingly
  • Open to constructive feedback and unafraid to speak up when vital
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with both the external MLS/AOR teams and our internal managing brokers
  • Solution-oriented and anticipates needs, service-focused
  • Tech-savvy: Google docs, Google sheets, Docusign, DropBox, Salesforce, Broker Metrics, CRM experience
  • Approach your job duties with a sense of ownership, care, and integrity
