About the Role:

Wing is looking for an Operations Associate to join our Operations team. As the Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing successful day to day business operations for Wing in one of our sites which includes overseeing the customer experience, merchant acquisition and management, as well as process and workflow development.  You will be the first point of contact for current and future customers, on-site contractors and merchant partners.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage and triage incoming customers enquiries
  • Document and report on customer care issues
  • Manage, and train others, both in operational and support roles
  • Manage merchant relationships including, but not limited to, stock and inventory management, operations planning, and facility management
  • Facilitate merchant success by prospecting, onboarding, supporting, and sustaining a business relationship
  • Engage with business operations leadership to plan and develop market specific goals, initiatives, and strategies.  Distill insight to help augment our operating practices

What You’ll Need: 

  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years proven customer support experience OR client service experience
  • Understanding of mobile software and hardware
  • Excellent communication skills over multiple mediums
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. As well as delegate tasks in a team environment
  • Ability to enforce and follow all FAA, safety, and hazmat regulations and guidelines

Bonus: 

  • Passion or interest in aviation
  • CRM software experience
  • A self-starter with an interest to grow into roles with more responsibilities over time
  • Proficiency in MS Office/ Google docs
  • Ability to adapt to changing procedures quickly
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action
  • Ability to manage and work within a team
