About the RoleWe are on the lookout for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our care team. In this role, you will work with our phenomenal team of therapists, speech language pathologists, Psychiatrists and other prescribers and coaches to support our members. 

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and ongoing medication management services to children and teens.
• Support all aspects of each child or teen’s treatment by collaborating with other care team members including coaches, therapists and speech language pathologists.
• Document your work including session notes, care plans and ongoing progress with high levels of accuracy and timeliness in our electronic health record.
• Join care team meetings ready to learn, teach, and collaborate with your peers.

This role is available part-time (at least 10 hours weekly) with core working hours between 9am-6pm in your time zone Monday-Friday.

Our strategy is based on robust market research, including external advisory specializing in national compensation, and thoughtful input from every level of our organization. It is a combination of a cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and opportunity. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hourly salary range for Colorado based applicants is $47 - $57 / hour.
