About the RoleWe are on the lookout for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our care team. In this role, you will work with our phenomenal team of therapists, speech language pathologists, Psychiatrists and other prescribers and coaches to support our members. 

  • Provide diagnostic evaluations and ongoing medication management services to children and teens.
  • Support all aspects of each child or teen’s treatment by collaborating with other care team members including coaches, therapists and speech language pathologists.
  • Document your work including session notes, care plans and ongoing progress with high levels of accuracy and timeliness in our electronic health record.
  • Join care team meetings ready to learn, teach, and collaborate with your peers. 

About YouYou will thrive in the role of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Brightline if you have:

  • Expertise in delivering child and teen-focused psychiatric care and medication management.
  • Experience in family-centered care models and a warm, engaging clinical style.
  • Excellent skills with learning and using new technologies.
  • The drive to be part of building something new - to work hard, to be your best self and to adapt to the constant change and evolution of a start-up.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and an ability to share feedback across teams in a collaborative and solution-oriented way.
  • An active state license, board certification and excitement to obtain additional state licenses.

This role is available part-time (at least 10 hours weekly) with core working hours between 9am-6pm in your time zone Monday-Friday.

It is a combination of a cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and opportunity. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hourly salary range for Colorado based applicants is $47 - $57 / hour.
