Position Overview:

The Remarketing Manager helps drive the company's success in a variety of different functions.  Daily tasks consist of, but are not limited to: internal operational wholesale functions, accounting, title operations, inventory management, transportation, and dealer wholesale sales. 

Duties/Essential Functions:

Employees must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

  • Partners with DocOps to ensure titles are sent to auction in a timely manner
  • Performs Auction Sale Audits verifying accuracy
  • Point of contact with Accounting and Accounts Receivable for operational functions and updates
  • Prepare iRtW list, deliver reporting and feedback to different Shift Partners
  • Coordinates and monitors transportation for Wholesale operations
  • Manages internet sale channels
  • Creates and presents Sales Reports to management, providing analysis and input regarding market performance/indicators
  • Represents Shift in virtual auction sales

Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of Remarketing Administration Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to function as an independently contributing team member to broader team, and sales goals.

Additional Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:

  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency, knowledge of Google Suite and familiarity with various Automotive systems a plus
  • Valid Driver's License

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat or kneel
  • Frequently operate small office equipment such as a computer.

Working Conditions:

  • Possibility of both indoors and outdoors for extended periods of time.  
  • Occasional travel required
