This position is through Upwork’s Talent Innovation Program (TIP). Our TIP team is a global group of professionals that augment Upwork’s business. Our TIP team members are located all over the world.

We are searching for stellar, experienced, and customer-oriented individuals to provide phone, chat, and ticket support to our top high value clients.
Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for creating customer delight through thoughtful, compassionate, and efficient communication. Specifically, the responsibilities of this role include:
- Deliver high quality interactions with users through phone, email, and chat
- Work cross-functionally to resolve user issue
- Address escalated user issues with urgency and attention to detail
- Take ownership of customer issue from start to finish
- Meet minimum performance standards which measure the success of the support offered
Must have requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in multi-channel customer support- 2+ years of experience assisting customers via phone in a high volume environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated skill in addressing sensitive customer issues
- High level of commitment and dedication- Possess technical acumen
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice to have items:
- Two or more years’ experience using either the oDesk (now Upwork) or Elance platform strongly preferred/recommended.
- Working knowledge of Zendesk, Zopim and Ringcentral
- Experience cultivating relationships with high value customers
