Blend Title Insurance Agency is seeking a Training Support Specialist to support the title production and closing process in our agency. Our ideal candidate has knowledge and confidence in executing their assigned roles and functions with timeliness, expert accuracy, and precision. This is a challenging, fast-paced, and rewarding position at the nerve center of a dynamic, scaling Title Agency. The Training Support Specialist will report directly to the Title Operations Manager.

The Training Support Specialist role is designed to improve and support the title and closing team new hires while they transition into their role specific job functions, and to provide continued education for existing team members. This role provides an exciting and unique opportunity that does not fall into a “one-size fits all” category or task list. This role is constantly evolving and never boring.  

How you'll contribute:

  • Collaborate with Title and Closing leadership team to identify division training needs and ensure projects and programs are scoped accurately
  • Projects may include virtual instructor-led training, content development and team exercises to update employees on division goals and procedures
  • Prepare hard copy training materials such as SOPs, Videos, and Presentations
  • Develop and implement an effective training curriculum
  • Reviews industry publications to remain knowledgeable of changes in laws and practices affecting the settlement services process
  • Receive incoming training requests and schedule training sessions with team members as related to continued education
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training

Who you are:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in title and closing is preferred
  • Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the title industry
  • Methodical and accurate, displaying a strong desire for high quality, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong team building skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills - must be able to think laterally to provide options and solutions
  • Possess a good level of initiative and judgment, and be comfortable making decisions when required
