The Opportunity
As an Oracle Cloud CPQ Implementation Director, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by implementing Oracle's suite of applications. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, configuring solutions, and providing training to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on Oracle's tools designed to manage the customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and inspire others to follow, driving business growth and shaping client engagements. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging our collective strength.

Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle lead management, sales automation, and customer experience solutions
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes
- Overseeing multiple projects to validate alignment with strategic objectives and client satisfaction
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the team
- Collaborating with clients to analyze needs and deliver tailored software solutions
- Promoting technological advances to create an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Developing new ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership and innovation
- Balancing long-term strategic planning with short-term execution to achieve business goals
- Cultivating relationships with executive-level clients to maintain and enhance client engagements
- Adhering to professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud
- Utilizing strategic mindset to drive business growth and innovation
- Leading client engagements with a focus on customer experience (CX)
- Promoting technological advances in Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH)
- Excelling in analytical thinking and systemic problem-solving
- Cultivating leadership potential through mentoring and coaching
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
