Minimum Job-Specific Skills/Qualifications Required (in order of relative importance):

· Seven (7) years database analysis and maintenance of Oracle databases, especially Oracle 10g, and the creation of stored procedures

· Experience supporting and maintaining databases for complex case management systems.

· Sufficient knowledge of CMS V3 design to provide in-depth subject matter expertise for conversion activities to other case management systems

· Fully-versed in Database administration, backup, monitoring and hygiene

· Experience developing data scrubs to correct data based on knowledge of the application

· Experience analyzing Oracle reports such as ADDM, AWR, ASH to research and resolve database and application issues

· Experience analyzing Oracle database configuration to research and resolve database and application issues

· Experience maintaining multi-landscape environments through copies and refreshes

· SQL tuning for performance

· Experience performing installations, upgrades, and patches to Oracle database software

· Experience coordinating with 3rd party vendors to resolve Oracle database software issues

· Principles of information systems architecture for enterprise-wide systems deployment such as multi-tier, distributed system architecture and development principles, and internet/intranet application delivery mechanisms

· Principles of full life cycle systems design and development

· Principles and techniques of systems implementation including conversion, data reconciliation, user training, and documentation

· Experience using Subversion for source control and Clear Quest for quality management.
