What You'll Do:• Assist in administering Oracle EPM Cloud Planning applications, including Workforce, Capital, Financials Planning, and Strategic Modeling.• Support management of Development, Test, and Production environments, migrations, deployments, and Oracle quarterly updates.• Configure and maintain metadata, hierarchies, security, dashboards, forms, business rules, and calculation scripts under guidance.• Assist in building and maintaining integrations using Data Integration, REST APIs, EPM Integration Agent, and flat file processes.• Monitor system performance, integrations, scheduled jobs, and application availability to help ensure reliable operations.• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams to support scalable planning and forecasting solutions.• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to system performance improvements and user experience enhancements.• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, documentation, testing, and end-user training initiatives.
What You'll Need:• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.• 3+ years of experience administering Oracle EPM or Hyperion Planning solutions.• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and related planning modules.• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and FP&A processes.• Experience supporting integrations between Oracle EPM, ERP systems, and data platforms.• Familiarity with REST APIs, EPM Automate, SQL, Groovy scripting, or ETL tools is a plus.• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical customers.• Diligent with a collaborative approach and a focus on learning and continuous improvement.• Ability to translate technical insights into business value.
