Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle PLM Cloud / Agile PLM design, configuration, and implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
- Provide expertise across Oracle PLM modules (Product Development, PDH, Innovation Management, Agile PLM)
- Support BOMs, Item Master, Change Management, and Workflow configuration
- Facilitate workshops, documentation (BRD, MD50, Test Scripts), SIT & UAT cycles
- Work with technical teams on integrations, extensions, and data migration
- Deliver user training and post-go-live support
- Oracle Product Development Cloud, PDH, Change Management
- Strong knowledge of product structures, BOMs, and workflows
- Hands-on experience with PLM–ERP/SCM integrations
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, or Life Sciences preferred
- Oracle Fusion Cloud (SCM, Manufacturing, Quality)
- Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud migration experience
- Oracle PLM/SCM certifications
