We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle PLM Functional Consultant to join our team. This role offers a remote engagement with milestone-based travel and the opportunity to lead impactful Oracle PLM implementations.
Position: Oracle PLM Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (with milestone-based travel)
Experience: 14+ years Oracle Applications | 5+ years Oracle PLM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Oracle PLM Cloud / Agile PLM design, configuration, and implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
  • Provide expertise across Oracle PLM modules (Product Development, PDH, Innovation Management, Agile PLM)
  • Support BOMs, Item Master, Change Management, and Workflow configuration
  • Facilitate workshops, documentation (BRD, MD50, Test Scripts), SIT & UAT cycles
  • Work with technical teams on integrations, extensions, and data migration
  • Deliver user training and post-go-live support
Required Skills:
  • Oracle Product Development Cloud, PDH, Change Management
  • Strong knowledge of product structures, BOMs, and workflows
  • Hands-on experience with PLM–ERP/SCM integrations
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, or Life Sciences preferred
Nice to Have:
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud (SCM, Manufacturing, Quality)
  • Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud migration experience
  • Oracle PLM/SCM certifications
