Job SummaryNext Generation, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementations. This role requires a strong background in managing end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud HR and Payroll projects, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work directly with both technical and functional teams. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable engaging with diverse customer groups across the U.S. and Mexico. This position is primarily remote, with client site visits as needed.
Job Responsibilities- Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementation projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
- Manage project scope, timeline, risk, communication, and stakeholder expectations across business and IT teams.
- Coordinate functional and technical teams, including Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud Payroll, integrations, reporting, and testing resources.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, project governance documentation, meeting agendas, and status reports.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post‑go‑live support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear communication, issue resolution, and executive‑level updates.
- Ensure Oracle Cloud HR and Payroll modules are configured and deployed in alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Support change management, training coordination, UAT oversight, and end‑user readiness activities.
- Oversee data conversion cycles and integration coordination with cross‑functional teams.
- Ensure strong user adoption through continuous engagement and proactive problem solving.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
- Proven track record leading multi‑module Oracle Cloud HR/Payroll programs from planning to post‑production.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, business processes, data flows, and dependencies.
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other PM certifications preferred (not required).
- Ability to manage executive stakeholders and facilitate complex decision‑making.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (highly preferred).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client visits (as needed).
