As an Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant, you will lead design and implementation tasks, provide subject matter expertise, and engage with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and training, while managing project timelines and stakeholder communication.

- Participate in analysis and design tasks related to the development and implementation of solution architecture.
- Create detailed functional design, process flows, build solution, and perform unit testing of solution components
- Work with cross-functional teams at customer site to drive system/solution/technical architecture
- Will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise during the entire project lifecycle
- Providing architectural solutions, design, functional consulting for Oracle SCM Cloud
- Determines implementation best practices across all projects
- Provide training to the customers on the solutions
- Accelerate team’s capabilities through solution design guidance, targeted solution reviews, and on-demand troubleshooting
- Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for solutions
- Keep track of timelines and scope and resolve conflicts between business and technology teams by communication and guidance and avoid any deviations
- Work closely and collaboratively with the project team and program manager to deliver the project scope
- Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project
- Build credibility with others quickly by delivering as promised, and providing proactive communications
Requirements
Technical & Professional requirement:
- At least 4 years of Oracle implementation experience with Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud at a client location
- Should have minimum of 3 years’ experience in Oracle Cloud.
- Good understanding of latest industry trends in SCM related business processes and practices.
- Deep product understanding in multiple SCM modules (Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Product Hub, Supplier Portal, Self Service Procurement, Supply Chain Planning)
- Demonstrable traits of thought leadership during client engagements
- Domain experience of managing the SCM function of a large organization would be an added advantage
- Experienced in working in a global delivery model
- Combination of mentoring, solution architecting, business pursuit, operations, and delivery management
- Will be responsible for regular delivery reviews and oversight of engagements that have business processes as critical components
- Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiation skills with the internal as well as external stakeholders
- Highly motivated and hungry for growth.
- Certified on Oracle SCM Cloud modules
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 3-7 years of relevant experience working in ERP with at least 3 years of experience in Fusion SCM Module.
- Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations on Fusion SCM

- Excellent ability to convince multiple stakeholders - internal and external
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Experience throughout the software development life cycle
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Ability to interface directly with client
