As an Organic Growth Manager, drive organic acquisition by launching content and SEO experiments, measuring impact, and scaling strategies for B2B SaaS.
As the Organic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling OX’s organic acquisition engine. You’ll own organic acquisition end-to-end: finding demand, creating/launching pages and content that win it, and running fast experiments across SEO + LLM discovery (ChatGPT / Perplexity / Gemini), community, and distribution. This is not a “keep the site healthy” role, it’s a growth role measured on pipeline impact.
What we’re looking for:
- 4–6 years in organic growth / SEO / content-led growth for B2B SaaS (bonus: security/devtools).
- Proven ability to ship growth experiments and explain results with clarity.
- Strong content instincts: positioning, narrative, and “what will earn clicks + trust.”
- Comfort with lightweight technical concepts (indexing, CWV basics, schema, internal linking) — but you don’t need to be an engineer.
- High ownership + speed: you can go from idea → live test → learn in days, not weeks.
- Data literacy (GA4/Search Console/Ahrefs or similar + basic attribution thinking).
Nice to have:
- Programmatic SEO experience (templates, scalable page systems).
- Experience with AI search/LLM optimization strategies.
- Cybersecurity/AppSec vocabulary and buyer journey familiarity.
- Community distribution (Reddit, Hacker News, LinkedIn, Slack communities).
