This role is strategically focused on generating new business opportunities through targeted outbound outreach. The Outbound SDR serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and driving them into the sales pipeline. You will manage outbound campaigns, conduct personalized outreach, and build strong engagement with high-value leads. This position requires strong persistence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective processes for high-touch outbound engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through email, calls, and social outreach to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Personalized Outreach: Create tailored messaging for specific industries, decision-makers, or company profiles to increase engagement and response rates.
- Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of outbound leads, ensuring consistent activity and follow-ups.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate outbound prospects to ensure alignment with service offerings and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Collaboration With Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales to refine ideal client profiles and with marketing to improve outbound messaging and campaign performance.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed, accurate records of outreach activity, follow-ups, and prospect interactions within the CRM.
- Process Building & Optimization: Develop, refine, and scale processes for efficient and high-touch outbound engagement.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding outreach and pipeline targets.
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot preferred; experience with other CRM tools is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive tasks forward.
- Comfortable with leadership, taking initiative, and improving workflows.
- Strong interpersonal skills: able to communicate value clearly, handle objections, and build rapport during outbound conversations.
- Has a history of building processes around high-touch outbound client engagement.
- A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
