As an Outbound SDR at Hedra, you won’t just be making calls, you’ll be helping build the front end of our revenue engine while learning how a category-defining AI company goes to market.
This is an early-career role for someone ambitious, competitive, and eager to compress years of learning into a short period of time. You will prospect into enterprise marketing, creative, media, and innovation teams, learn the fundamentals of enterprise selling, and help us discover where Hedra resonates most in the market.
You’ll be one of the earliest members of our outbound function, which means your output and your ideas will matter. We are looking for someone with hunger, coachability, and a strong desire to improve every week. We appreciate resourcefulness and people who leverage AI tools to punch above their weight.
What you'll doGenerate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Research accounts, buying groups, and use cases across advertising, media, entertainment, agencies, and enterprise marketing teams.
Write thoughtful, personalized outbound messaging that gets responses from high-value prospects.
Use AI tools and modern GTM workflows to improve account research, targeting, personalization, sequencing, and follow-up.
Run strong first-touch conversations to understand pain, urgency, and fit before handing opportunities to the Account Executive team.
Test and improve messaging, targeting, and outbound sequences based on response rates, meeting quality, and pipeline conversion.
Partner closely with AEs and GTM leadership on account strategy, meeting prep, and follow-up.
Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and a disciplined operating cadence.
Share market feedback, objections, and use-case insights that help sharpen our positioning and playbook.
1–2 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role or clear evidence from another performance-driven, customer-facing environment that you can thrive in one.
Strong written and verbal communication. You can be clear, concise, and compelling.
Evidence of ambition, competitiveness, and follow-through, whether from work, school, athletics, leadership roles, or side projects.
High coachability and a strong bias for action.
A genuine desire to build a career in sales, with the goal of growing into a closing role based on performance.
Curiosity about AI and excitement about using tools that help you research faster, personalize better, and operate at a higher level.
Excitement to work in a high-intensity, 5-day-a-week in-person office culture in SF.
Familiarity with modern GTM tools such as Clay, Vector, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing platforms, and enrichment tools.
Experience using AI for account research, outreach personalization, workflow automation, or sales prep.
Early-stage startup experience.
Exposure to enterprise SaaS, creative tools, marketing technology, media, or agency environments.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping build the playbook as you go.
