Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, early-career Account Executive to join our growing team in an outside sales capacity. This is a growth opportunity for someone who loves being on the road, thrives in face-to-face conversations, and wants to build a long-term career in SaaS sales. You’ll represent Introzy at conferences and industry events across the U.S. to generate new leads, book meetings, and create pipeline for our SMB and Mid-market motion. Reporting directly to the President & COO, you will play a key role in our revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to U.S. conferences and events (and occasional regional field days) to represent Introzy and generate qualified leads
  • Work the booth / floor: initiate conversations, capture contact info, qualify interest, and schedule follow-up meetings
  • Own a post-event follow-up cadence to convert event leads into discovery calls and pipeline
  • Partner with marketing to plan event strategy (target attendee profiles, messaging, booth collateral, and lead capture process)
  • Conduct intro-level product demos and presentations that articulate Introzy’s value proposition to diverse stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and customer success to ensure clean handoffs and a great prospect/customer experience
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting in CRM
  • Consistently hit activity and pipeline targets tied to lead generation and event performance
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem best practices

Qualifications

  • Required: 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (SaaS a plus)
  • Required: Comfort with frequent travel and in-person selling (conferences/events), including occasional evenings/weekends
  • Preferred: Experience generating leads in the field (events, conferences, roadshows, community, partnerships, or outbound)
  • Coachable, curious, and excited about building a career in SaaS sales with clear growth goals
  • Strong communication and presence in live, high-volume environments (booth, networking events, floor conversations)
  • Organized follow-up habits: can work a list, run sequences, and keep next steps moving
  • Comfortable learning a product and delivering concise demos and value messaging
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and disciplined data hygiene
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Plus: Experience with partner ecosystems, channel sales, alliances, or referral programs

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus structure
  • Uncapped commission potential
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Remote-friendly work environment

Why Join Introzy?

  • Be part of a fast-growing company in the Partner Relationship Management space
  • Work directly with executive leadership (reporting to President & COO)
  • Make a significant impact on company growth and direction
  • Sell a product that solves real business problems and drives measurable ROI
  • Join a collaborative, innovative team that values your contributions
