Business UnitWhat the Role EntailsWe're looking for an Overseas Growth Operations Specialist based in Palo Alto, CA to deliver frontier AI trend insights and drive go-to-market operations for an AI Agent product across North America.

1. Continuously track the latest developments in AI models, Agent products, and the application ecosystem in Silicon Valley; deliver clear trend analysis and competitive intelligence to support product direction and market strategy decisions.
2. Own the operations strategy for the AI Agent product in North America, including content operations, influencer/KOL partnerships, channel operations, and developer community operations, identifying and validating the growth motions that work best in the North American market.
3. Through user research and market insight, develop a deep understanding of how developers, knowledge workers, and business users in North America use AI tools; build localized use cases and templates for NA users, and close the product feedback loop.

Who We Look For

• 5+ years of experience in growth operations, business analysis, content operations, or community operations; hands-on experience in the North American market is preferred.
• Deep understanding of the AI/LLM product ecosystem, with the ability to independently produce competitive analysis and trend reports.
• Hands-on experience in content, community, and influencer/KOL operations, with the ability to plan and execute campaigns independently.
• Familiar with AI products, developer tools, and SaaS growth and operations models.
• Strong data sensitivity and insight delivery ability, with the ability to optimize operations based on activation, retention, and other usage data.
• Working with the ability to collaborate effectively with China-based teams.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working at a high tech company or AI startup.
• Experience driving developer community operations or cold-start growth for a technical product.
• Experience with Product Hunt, Hacker News, or similar channel launches and operations.

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $127,900.00 to $240,200.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level.
