Our client is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to lead and scale paid acquisition efforts across a growing portfolio of youth-focused businesses. They operate in the youth enrichment space and have expanded their programs and market presence significantly in recent years.

- Handle multiple local advertising budgets simultaneously, ensuring efficient spend allocation
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
- Develop standardized frameworks for keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and campaign setup
- Track and analyze key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, lead volume, and ROAS
- Execute A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, keyword strategies, and audience targeting
- Generate clear, actionable performance reports to guide decision-making
- Design and document scalable PPC systems, workflows, and best practices
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and structured processes
- Use AI tools to support keyword research, ad creation, data analysis, and reporting while applying strong strategic judgment
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing stakeholders to align campaigns with growth objectives
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in PPC, ideally within a digital marketing agency
- Proven track record managing multiple ad accounts at the same time
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (primary) and Meta Ads (secondary)
- Solid understanding of local lead generation strategies
- Experience working with small to mid-sized budgets across multiple campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Experience with conversion tracking and campaign performance analysis
- Ability to build and document scalable systems and processes
- Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows
- Deep knowledge of search campaigns, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns without losing quality
- Comfortable working with structured systems and frameworks
- Experience in education, sports, or service-based industries is a plus
- Background in multi-location or local marketing campaigns is highly preferred
