Build Systems. Engineer Performance. Lead with Precision.

Reunion Marketing is a data-driven digital marketing agency focused on delivering measurable growth for automotive dealerships. We believe in disciplined execution, thoughtful strategy, accountability, and building structures that produce consistent, repeatable success.

We are hiring a Paid Advertising Director who thrives on designing intentional systems, improving performance through disciplined experimentation, and leading with clarity and logic. This is the right role for a leader who values thoughtful planning, intelligent decision-making, and creating operational excellence that stands the test of scale.

The Role

The Paid Advertising Director owns the strategic vision, performance standards, and operational discipline of our Paid Ads organization across Google and Meta platforms. This role leads the development of frameworks, processes, technologies, and team standards that ensure scalable, predictable, high-performing paid media execution.

You will have meaningful influence, broad accountability, and the opportunity to shape how paid media evolves at Reunion Marketing. You will bring structure, define expectations, and advance innovation—without chaos, unclear direction, or guesswork.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the strategic direction and operational framework for all paid media services across Google Ads and Meta

  • Build and refine disciplined campaign structures, testing frameworks, and optimization methodologies

  • Create clarity by establishing standards, defining expectations, and setting measurable performance benchmarks

  • Analyze data with depth and rigor to identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities

  • Lead structured experimentation to validate strategy, improve efficiency, and drive measurable outcomes

  • Integrate AI and automation thoughtfully to enhance precision, predictability, and scale

  • Develop a strong, accountable team that executes with discipline, quality, and consistency

  • Serve as a trusted expert, communicating insights clearly and logically to internal teams, leadership, and key clients

Who Will Succeed in This Role

This opportunity is ideal for a professional who:

  • Thinks deeply before acting and values intelligent strategy over quick fixes

  • Enjoys designing systems, not just operating within them

  • Values accuracy, logic, and clarity in decision-making

  • Appreciates autonomy but takes full accountability for outcomes

  • Enjoys solving complex problems with structured thinking

  • Wants to build something excellent—measurable, scalable, and sustainable

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in Paid Search and Paid Social environments

  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads performance strategy

  • Strong analytical problem-solving capability and comfort working deeply in data

  • Demonstrated experience designing frameworks, processes, or operational systems

  • Experience applying automation and AI thoughtfully to enhance execution

  • Clear, confident communicator capable of presenting logical reasoning backed by data

  • Automotive industry experience is helpful but not required

Why Join Reunion Marketing

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Shape the future of Paid Media inside a respected, growth-focused organization

  • Work in an environment that values intelligence, thoughtful execution, and high standards

  • Lead a capable team while strengthening the systems they operate within

  • Influence meaningful business outcomes through disciplined performance leadership

If you are motivated by building world-class systems, driven by logic and measurable results, and ready to lead paid advertising with structure, clarity, and excellence, we’d like to talk with you.
