This is a multi-faceted role with the following key responsibilities: 

  • Day-to-day management of Paid Media Lab, supporting brand leads in identifying and executing high impact, scalable tests using Agile methodology 

  • LiftLab Media Mix Modeling Vendor Management - Manage vendor relationship, data integrity, business updates and reporting from LiftLab to assist in optimizing incrementality of marketing spend across four brands totaling over $100MM. Coordinate with Marketing and Finance functions outside of LiftLab to ensure MMM informed by latest demand plans, budgets, promotional calendars and other organizational shifts.  

  • Program ownership of new business development within paid media, including opportunities in marketplaces, social selling and new ventures. 

Critical Skills/Knowledge:

  • Project management  

  • Proven ability to lead/influence cross-functional groups to achieve common goal(s) and drive performance.  

  • Demonstrated understanding of core Digital Marketing KPIs 

  • Strong communication skills with ability and comfort in socializing performance data to all levels of the organization.  

  • Analytical mind familiar with testing and measurement best practices 

  • Strong critical thinking skills an absolute must; will be validating or challenging ideas within Paid Media Lab, advocating for Digital needs in cross-functional environment.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance or related field. 

  • 5+ Years project management experience in a business setting.

  • On-hands experience working within Paid Search, Paid Social channels highly preferred. 

  • Experience working with Digital creative; basic understanding of different marketing channels and associated asset needs for each  

  • Strong attention to detail. 

  • Comfort and willingness to act outside of job description as need arises. 

  • Familiarity with digital marketing programs and terminology.

  • Proactive, positive, influential communicator.
