GVO Partners is a growing platform of medical spa, wellness, plastic surgery and aesthetic practices.

We are building an internal marketing team to support campaign execution across multiple brands and reduce our reliance on external agencies.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise lead-generation campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

You will support campaign setup, tracking, testing, reporting and ongoing performance improvements across multiple GVO practices. You will work closely with the wider marketing, CRM and sales teams to help ensure that campaigns generate properly tracked, high-quality leads.

This position is suited to an analytical and detail-focused paid media professional who is comfortable managing multiple brands, locations and advertising accounts. You should be confident working directly within advertising platforms and independently managing day-to-day campaign activity.

What you’ll be doing
  • Set up, launch and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Review campaign structures, targeting, budgets, bidding strategies and ad delivery.
  • Support ongoing testing of audiences, creative assets, messaging and landing pages.
  • Track campaign results, including cost per lead, conversion rates and lead volume.
  • Implement and maintain UTM parameters, advertising pixels and conversion tracking.
  • Test campaign links, forms, booking pages and lead-routing workflows.
  • Investigate tracking discrepancies and basic campaign performance issues.
  • Produce and maintain daily, weekly and monthly campaign reports.
  • Flag underperforming campaigns, tracking failures and budget concerns.
  • Complete campaign quality-assurance checks before new campaigns launch.
  • Coordinate campaign creative and advertising assets with the internal marketing team.
  • Work with the CRM/GoHighLevel Specialist to confirm that leads are captured, attributed and routed correctly.
  • Review lead quality and help identify where campaign or conversion performance is breaking down.
  • Document campaign structures, testing plans, quality-assurance procedures and repeatable paid media processes.
  • Support the transfer of paid advertising activity from external agencies to the internal marketing team.

Your initial priorities will include:

  • Auditing existing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
  • Reviewing campaign structures, targeting, budgets and tracking.
  • Confirming that pixels, conversion events and UTM parameters are working correctly.
  • Testing lead routing from advertisements and landing pages.
  • Establishing weekly campaign performance reporting.
  • Supporting the transfer of paid media responsibilities from external agencies.
  • Creating campaign quality-assurance and launch checklists.
  • Identifying immediate opportunities to improve campaign performance and reporting.
Essential requirements
  • At least two years of paid media experience.
  • Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager.
  • Hands-on experience using Google Ads.
  • Experience launching, monitoring and optimising lead-generation campaigns.
  • Experience working with campaign tracking, pixels, conversion events and UTM parameters.
  • Experience reporting on cost per lead, conversions and campaign performance.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic campaign or tracking issues.
  • Ability to manage campaigns across multiple brands, locations or advertising accounts.
  • Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An organised, reliable and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day campaign activity independently.
  • Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with a US-based team.
  • Availability to overlap with US Eastern Time for 2–3 hours each working day.
Desirable requirements
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
