Target Range:

$21.50/Hr. - $32.00/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Under the guidance of our experienced Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Search, you will contribute to the development and execution of sophisticated direct-response media plans, with a primary focus on Google Ads. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Search) to plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns that align with strategic business objectives (Note: current Google Ads Certification is a bonus!)
  • Support and co‑lead execution of YouTube paid search and performance advertising campaigns within Google Ads, gaining hands-on experience with creative testing, audience targeting, and performance optimization under manager guidance
  • Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns, ensuring adherence to monthly and annual budgets
  • Monitor and refine campaigns on a daily and weekly basis to achieve or surpass key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare and present performance reports, summarizing results and highlighting insights for internal stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance for digital campaigns to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with banking and regulatory advertising standards
  • Stay current on paid search and YouTube advertising best practices, platform updates, and compliance considerations relevant to financial services marketing
  • Support acquisition-focused initiatives with a strong attention to detail and a test‑and‑learn mindset

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field
  • 1+ year of professional experience supporting Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads and PMax campaigns is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical capabilities with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, basic data analysis) and PowerPoint (e.g., building business presentations)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes and compliance requirements in a regulated environment
  • Experience or coursework related to eCommerce, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus
  • Understanding of audience targeting, keyword strategy, and creative testing concepts is an advantage
  • Exposure to agency environments or multi‑campaign management is beneficial
  • General familiarity with additional paid media platforms (e.g., MS Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) is a bonus
  • Team Collaboration: Enjoys learning from experienced teammates and contributing in a collaborative environment
  • Eager to Learn: Motivated to grow paid media expertise while operating within brand and regulatory guidelines
