Our client is looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist to join their growing performance marketing team. This opportunity is ideal for a professional who enjoys working directly inside advertising platforms, managing campaign execution, and optimizing performance across multiple client accounts. The company operates within the digital marketing and performance advertising space and has experienced significant growth in recent years by helping businesses improve their digital advertising results through data-driven marketing strategies.

As a key member of the paid media team, this professional will collaborate with strategists, account managers, creatives, and analytics specialists to execute high-performing paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate enjoys campaign management, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in launching well-structured campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit.
  • Configure campaign objectives, audience targeting, placements, bidding strategies, budgets, schedules, and creative assets.
  • Implement and validate tracking solutions, including pixels, Conversion API (CAPI), UTM parameters, events, and platform tags.
  • Perform comprehensive quality assurance checks before campaign launches to ensure accuracy across targeting, tracking, creatives, copy, budgets, and links.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify pacing, delivery, and performance issues.
  • Execute campaign optimizations, including budget reallocations, bid adjustments, audience refinements, creative rotations, and placement testing.
  • Conduct and support structured A/B testing and experimentation initiatives across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Maintain organized account structures, audience libraries, naming conventions, and campaign documentation.
  • Archive outdated assets and ensure ongoing account hygiene across all advertising platforms.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports using internal reporting frameworks and tools.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations based on performance data.
  • Document testing results, optimization learnings, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with strategists and account managers to translate campaign briefs into effective campaign structures.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to manage asset delivery, version control, and creative updates.
  • Partner with analytics specialists to validate tracking implementation, attribution, and reporting accuracy.
  • Stay informed about platform updates, beta features, advertising policies, and emerging paid social trends.
  • Share relevant industry updates and platform changes with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of execution.


  • Requirements
    • 2-4 years of hands-on paid social advertising experience.
    • Previous experience managing campaign execution within an agency environment is strongly preferred.
    • Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.
    • Experience with at least two additional platforms such as TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager, or Reddit Ads.
    • Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, placements, bidding strategies, and creative best practices.
    • Working knowledge of conversion tracking concepts, including pixels, server-side tracking (CAPI), attribution models, and UTM parameters.
    • Strong proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including data organization, lookups, and pivot tables.
    • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
    • Strong written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with shifting priorities.
