Nuvo is bringing B2B commerce online.
While technology has reshaped consumer commerce, the business-to-business (B2B) economy — three times larger— has lagged behind.
From coffee to lumber, every product we use has been traded through a complex supply chain of suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers. Despite the massive scale of this market, most businesses manage their trading relationships and commerce activities using outdated methods like paper forms, PDFs, emails, faxes, phone calls, and spreadsheets, making processes slow and inefficient.
Much like how Shopify, Stripe and Square have transformed how consumer companies transact, we aim to do the same for B2B companies.
Nuvo is looking for a Partner Development Manager to help expand our ecosystem of data providers, software platforms, financial institutions, and industry associations. This is a foundational go-to-market role that combines strategic analysis with execution.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders across partnerships, product, sales, and marketing to identify, negotiate, and operationalize new partnerships. Your work will drive co-selling activity, accelerate distribution, and unlock differentiated value for customers. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, strategy, investing, or business operations, and is excited to work at the intersection of GTM and product in a fast-moving fintech company.
This is a high-visibility role with strong growth potential.
- Source and evaluate partnership opportunities that support Nuvo’s distribution strategy, captures market share, and accelerates revenue growth
- Lead outreach and diligence for prospective partners and meet quarterly targets with reliability
- Support negotiations and structuring of partnership agreements in collaboration with senior leadership and legal
- Monitor performance of partner-driven initiatives and support reporting to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Build collateral and processes that enable repeatability across partners, and create scaleable impact
- Foster genuine relationships quickly and identify common ground.
- Represent Nuvo externally with professionalism, commercial acumen, and an understanding of our value proposition
- You are open to travel domestically 1-2 times a quarter.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, strategy, corporate development or business operations, or similar.
- 2+ years with a quota carrying role, not necessarily in partnerships.
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify and articulate win-win opportunities
- Experience managing external relationships and coordinating cross-functional projects
- Clear communicator with strong written skills and attention to detail
- Analytical thinker—comfortable working with numbers, market research, and structured proposals
- Self-starter who can prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or data partnerships
- Exposure to legal or commercial negotiations
- Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Hex
