You’ll work closely with Partner Leadership, Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Product to design and deliver enablement programs that accelerate partner ramp, reinforce Cresta’s value in the partner sales motion, and ensure partners are set up to consistently execute high-quality customer engagements. Your focus will be on enabling partners that support Cresta’s Enterprise and Strategic customers, including global SIs, BPOs, and technology partners working with the world’s largest contact centers.

Your Enablement skill set should include both remote and in-person facilitation, as well as scalable self-service programming delivered by LMS. You’ll need to think creatively on how to use these tools to bring new partners up to speed as well as keeping them updated on the latest and greatest at Cresta.

Partner Content & Messaging Alignment
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop partner-specific enablement assets from existing direct sales materials, including pitch decks, talk tracks, objection handling, competitive guidance, and persona-based messaging
  • Ensure partners can clearly articulate Cresta’s differentiated value within their own offerings and industry contexts
Enablement Measurement & Optimization
  • Define and track partner enablement success metrics such as partner ramp time, certification completion, partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and win rates

Compensation at Cresta

Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table.

Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family.

We have noticed a rise in recruiting impersonations across the industry, where scammers attempt to access candidates' personal and financial information through fake interviews and offers. All Cresta recruiting email communications will always come from the @cresta.ai domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Cresta via other sources should be ignored.  If you are uncertain whether you have been contacted by an official Cresta employee, reach out to [email protected]
