Overview:

Precisely’s Channel & Ecosystems team is expanding and we are looking for a talented Partner Enablement Manager to train, enable, ready and certify our 750+ Channel Sales partners. You will be responsible for developing the partner enablement strategy that will include curating the right learning and training content, delivery (through expert speakers) of this content via online, webinars and hands-on learning sessions, and ensuring the Channel Sales partners are certified and up to date with our products and services. This role will collaborate with our customer and sales enablement team, product management, product marketing, professional services, support engineering and the channel sales managers across the world. This is a remote position anywhere in the US or Canada. 

What you will do:

  • Content creation / curation, working with Enablement, Product Management, Service
  • Selecting and prepping subject matter speakers and trainers
  • All enablement content, including:
    • Getting content posted to Partner Portal / Content Hub
    • Liaise with Enablement as needed on Curriculum 2.0 (whereby Enablement team is revamping the Sales and Pre-sales courses, and they are being launch to the Channel partners as completed), future too
  • Create enthusiasm through gamification to drive partner engagement and participation
  • Owning the partner content enablement platform and keep content up to date
  • Create the Partner Channel newsletter and own partner enablement communications
  • Run Channel webinars use online comm platform
  • Creating metrics dashboard and reporting of enablement metrics
  • Develop the education voucher and benefits plan and manage education vouchers
  • Develop the Partner certification program and drive certification targets per partner
  • Assign training to partners and tracking completion
  • Ensure competency requirements for Partner tiers are achieved (getting that fed to SFDC relationship tracker)

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Education or a related field
  • Deeply versed in Data Software and Data technologies
  • 3+ years’ work experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, or channel roles preferable within a SaaS or IT service environment
  • Demonstrated experience enabling partners to sell complex, technical solutions
  • Demonstrated experience working with education platforms
  • Experience delivering training to external audiences
  • Structured working - Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills. English required
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem solving mindset
  • Self starter with the ability to work across the organization to make progress against goals
  • 3+ years’ work experience in a software or technology company

This position is 100% remote anywhere in the US
