At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.

The role

You’ll be the product and technical lead for some of Netflix’s most strategic partners, such as global TV and device makers, streaming platforms, and cable and telco operators. You’ll shape joint multi-year roadmaps. You’ll negotiate how Netflix shows up in partner experiences. You’ll remove friction from sign-up and billing, so that subscribing feels effortless.

This is a high-autonomy role with real stakes. You’ll work directly with senior executives on both sides and make trade-off calls without waiting for permission.

Your dream team

No partnership is won alone. You’ll be the connective tissue between Netflix and our partners, and you’ll work with a team of stunning colleagues who are each excellent at their craft. The best outcomes come from combining deep expertise with candid, respectful feedback, and from sharing context openly so the team can move fast and decide well. Your ability to align this group around one plan will be as important as your ability to negotiate with a partner.

What you’ll do

  • Build friction-free billing integrations and high-converting bundle journeys, guided by consumer insights and A/B testing.
  • Own the product and technical roadmap for partner device integrations, from first conversation through launch and scale.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations over Netflix’s participation in partner entertainment experiences.
  • Influence platform features and product design so that Netflix is great on the widest range of devices.
  • Rally engineering, product, business development, legal, marketing, and finance behind one plan.
  • Use data to drive subscriber acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and activation efficiency.

What you bring

  • 10+ years building strategic product, distribution, and billing partnerships with Tier-1 platform, consumer electronics, or operator partners.
  • Experience scaling complex operator payment solutions.
  • A strong technical grounding in video-centric devices such as TVs, streaming players, set-top boxes, and consoles. Hands-on embedded software experience is a plus.
  • A record of owning technical roadmaps and delivering multi-party engineering integrations, and of shipping consumer media products.
  • A collaborative leadership style: you build trust quickly, explain technology to non-technical colleagues, and give and receive candid feedback.
  • Sharp negotiation skills and clear written and verbal communication, from engineers to CEOs.
  • Fluency in metrics, and the habit of letting data drive decisions.
  • Willingness to travel for partner and team meetings.
