About Us

At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.

With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.

Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.

About the Role

Cloud providers and Systems Integrators help LangChain reach customers that our direct sales and customer engineering teams can't reach on their own. This role is the technical foundation behind that ecosystem.

You'll build the reference architectures, integration patterns, and enablement programs that make partner motions work technically: co-sell with cloud hyperscalers, and independent delivery capability at systems integrators and global systems integrators (GSIs). You build with and for a partner, whose technical team then takes what you built to dozens of their own clients.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Partner Engineering (GCP, Azure)

  • Build reference architectures and integration patterns that support the technical side of co-sell, from marketplace listings to joint solution briefs

  • Partner with cloud field and partner teams on solutioning for named accounts.

  • Keep our marketplace presence and co-sell technical assets current as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith evolve

Systems Integrator and GSI Enablement

  • Build and run LangChain's services partner enablement program from the ground up, including tiered certification tracks, hands-on workshops, delivery playbooks, and implementation guides based on our agent development lifecycle (ADLC) framework

  • Run LangChain's partner certification program in the region: deliver certification workshops, review certification projects, and guide partner engineers through the program.

  • Work with SI centers of excellence (CoEs) to develop repeatable joint solutions and reference architectures, so an SI's own teams can scope, build, and deploy agentic AI independently instead of pulling in LangChain engineering for every deal

  • Act as a technical evangelist in the field: work directly with an SI's client account teams to make the technical case for LangChain on a specific engagement, which is a different motion than the strategic work you do with a CoE

  • Build and maintain joint business plans with strategic services partners, translating account and industry priorities into a shared technical roadmap and a concrete set of reference assets

  • Help SI teams grow from an individual technical champion into a full center of excellence, then support that expertise as it spreads across their client base

  • Contribute technical enablement to our Tier 1 GSI strategy as it matures, including scoping what a global systems integrator needs to stand up its own agentic AI practice

Partner Technical Evangelism and Feedback

  • Serve as a technical escalation point for complex partner-led deployments

  • Represent LangChain at partner events, summits, and joint webinars

  • Gather feedback from partners and the field, and route it back to product and engineering

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in a technical, partner-facing or customer-facing role such as Partner Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer. We also like former founders, and technical leaders, so if you have an unusual background but the right skill set, you're welcome to apply.

Partner and Technical Experience:

  • Track record of partnering with systems integrators, cloud providers, or technology and ISV partners to solve complex technical problems, from initial solution design through delivery

  • Experience building enablement programs, such as certifications, workshops, or delivery playbooks, that let a partner's technical team operate independently instead of depending on you for every deal

  • Comfortable operating across engineering, partnerships, and sales at the same time

  • Strong presentation and technical communication skills, able to translate between technical and business stakeholders, including C-suite executives

Agent Engineering and Development:

  • Hands-on experience building with LLM frameworks such as langchain, langgraph, or similar, including RAG patterns and agent architecture

  • Experience designing evaluation frameworks and iterating on prompts and agent behavior based on results

  • Strong Python skills

Cloud and Integration:

  • Working knowledge of GCP and/or Azure cloud services.

  • Experience designing integrations, sample repositories, or reference architectures that other teams can pick up and reuse

  • Familiarity with vector stores, tool integration, and API design in agentic systems

Key Attributes
  • You build credibility with a partner's technical team and serve as trusted advisor to the partner.

  • Building and evangelizing are both part of the job. You're equally comfortable writing an integration and presenting it at a partner summit.

  • You build assets that scale. A reference architecture or enablement guide should work for the next ten partners, not just the one in front of you

  • You're comfortable with variety. Cloud co-sell, ISV integrations, and SI enablement each look different day to day, and switching between them doesn't throw you off
