Own Stuut’s partner marketing function across private equity, consulting, reseller, hyperscaler, and technology partners. Build joint messaging, co-branded collateral, marketplace listings, co-sell programs, campaigns, webinars, events, announcements, sales enablement, and partner-funding initiatives. Track partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and partner NPS while coordinating with partnership leads, sales, agencies, contractors, and partner field teams. This first partner-marketing hire will establish scalable programs from the ground up and connect partner activity to measurable revenue.

Stuut is transforming accounts receivable for B2B companies—making collections smarter and faster for companies that have historically relied on manual processes that are labor intensive and costly. Our platform is gaining traction with finance teams across industrials, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors from Fortune 10 brands to scaling midmarkets. We're backed by top-tier investors including a16z, Khosla, Activant, 1984 Ventures, Page One and Microsoft.

The Role

Partnerships are one of Stuut's biggest growth channels, and we're hiring the person who owns the marketing behind them. As our first Partner Marketing Manager, you'll build Stuut's partner marketing motion from the ground up. You'll turn a fast-growing ecosystem of private equity sponsors and operating partners, resellers like Fiserv and Genpact, Big 4 consulting and advisory firms like EY, and hyperscaler, technology, and data-cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, ServiceNow) into a repeatable, measurable source of pipeline.

This role goes well beyond managing a partner logo wall. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our partnership leads across private equity, consulting, and reseller channels, and with Sales. You'll be the marketing counterpart they rely on to equip firms with the narrative, materials, and enablement to win deals, and the link between Stuut, our partners' marketing and field teams, and our own GTM engine. You'll translate what our AI agent does into a joint story that resonates with CFOs, PE operating partners, consulting principals, and AR leaders, and package it so both sales forces can sell it.

You'll run the partner marketing GTM playbook end to end: standing up joint value-prop docs and co-branded collateral, activating partner programs (Snowflake Partner Network tiers, Snowflake Marketplace, Microsoft Pegasus), securing and spending marketing development funds, and orchestrating joint webinars, events, and announcements. You'll set direction and ship the work, writing strategy one hour and a co-sell battlecard the next.

What success looks like: within a year, every priority partner has a sharp joint story, an activated program, and a pipeline number attached to it, and reps on both sides reach for your materials by default.

What You'll Do
  • Own partner co-marketing across every channel. Build the joint value proposition, messaging, and campaign plan for each priority partner: private equity sponsors and operating partners, resellers (Fiserv, Genpact), Big 4 consulting and advisory firms (EY and peers), and hyperscaler, technology, and data-cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, ServiceNow, Skyflow, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Pegasus / M12).

  • Arm the private equity and portfolio motion. Build the executive briefings, portfolio learning-session content, and portfolio-level proof points and case studies that help sponsors and operating partners drive Stuut adoption across their portfolio companies.

  • Enable consulting and advisory partners. Equip Big 4 and boutique firms across referral, co-sell, and white-label motions with finance and order-to-cash transformation narratives, co-branded materials, and field enablement so they win and influence deals.

  • Own the hyperscaler marketplace motion. Stand up, optimize, and rank Stuut's listings across the hyperscaler and technology marketplaces (AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, Snowflake Marketplace, ServiceNow Store), since the marketplace motion is a large part of this role. Drive co-sell registration, private offers, and marketplace-sourced pipeline through each.

  • Build the co-branded asset kit. Joint value-prop one-pagers, architecture diagrams, solution briefs, co-branded decks and sales sheets, blog and announcement content, partner web pages, and marketplace listings across the hyperscaler and technology marketplaces (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Snowflake, ServiceNow), including a "Powered by Snowflake" badge within brand guidelines.

  • Run joint campaigns and events. Plan and execute joint demand-gen campaigns, co-hosted webinars, and partner events; secure and manage partner marketing and development funds (MDF/PDF) and report on their return.

  • Activate and level up partner programs. Complete Partner Activate / SPN readiness deliverables, certify and enable partner sellers on the Stuut story, and drive tier advancement through the program tiers (Select, Premier, Elite) to unlock co-marketing budget, co-sell incentives, and partner field access.

  • Enable both sales teams to co-sell. Joint battlecards, co-sell talk tracks, joint training sessions, and account-mapping motions (such as Crossbeam) that surface and progress joint pipeline.

  • Keep co-marketing aligned to the partnership roadmap. Partner closely with our Private Equity, Consulting, and Reseller partnership leads and Sales (PE sponsors and operating partners, Fiserv reseller, Genpact reseller + MSA, EY / Big 4 consulting, the hyperscalers, Snowflake SPN, ServiceNow, Microsoft Pegasus) and keep joint pipeline moving.

  • Own partner announcements end to end. Press releases, launch content, and analyst-facing materials for major milestones, fully enabled for both field teams within a few days of go-live.

  • Own the metrics. Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, and partner NPS, and hold the quality bar for every co-branded asset across partners, contractors, agencies, and AI-assisted workflows.

You Might Be a Fit If You...
  • Have 3 to 5 or more years in B2B SaaS marketing, with meaningful time in partner, channel, alliance, or field marketing at high-growth companies selling to finance, operations, or enterprise buyers.

  • Have run co-marketing with private equity, consulting/advisory, reseller, technology/ISV, or SI partners, and can point to joint campaigns, launches, or programs that generated real, partner-sourced pipeline.

  • Have spent time inside or close to the PE, consulting, or advisory world. Working at or alongside a PE firm, a Big 4 or strategy consultancy, or an advisory-heavy partner is a strong plus, because you already understand how those firms think, buy, and sell.

  • Know how the hyperscaler marketplaces actually work (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) along with Snowflake Marketplace and the ServiceNow Store: listings, private offers, co-sell registration, and marketplace-sourced pipeline.

  • Understand how partner programs actually work: MDF/co-op funds, marketplace listings, co-sell motions, deal registration, account mapping (Crossbeam/Reveal), and tiering.

  • Understand enterprise sales cycles, complex buying committees, and what content moves a $100K+ deal forward for both your reps and your partners' reps.

  • Write with clarity and conviction, and can turn a dense technical integration into a joint story a CFO would actually read.

  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and building from zero. This is a first partner-marketing hire with a blank canvas.

  • Are fluent with AI-powered tools for research, content creation, and workflow acceleration. You use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to produce strong first drafts and move faster.

This Probably Isn't a Fit If...
  • You've spent the majority of your career at companies with 500+ employees.

  • Your idea of partner marketing is coordinating a logo swap and a quarterly newsletter. We need someone who builds programs that generate pipeline.

If you want to do the best work of your career and see it show up in pipeline, this is the team to do it with.
