We’re looking for a talented GTM Partner Marketing Manager to help us continue our rapid growth by driving new and established partners to adopt our embedded capital products. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of partners—from Fortune 500 companies to start ups—to help SMB’s get access to credit through various go-to-market initiatives. You will be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for the activation, growth, and success of partner engagements, which is a strategic priority for the business.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B partner marketing, SMB & fintech lending & growth marketing.  Experience with B2B financial services is a plus.

In this role, you will

  • Creating Fundbox brand awareness with partners that serve small businesses, including vertical and horizontal SaaS players, marketplaces, and payment processors
  • Drive partner funnel lead-generation objectives through social media platforms & industry conferences
  • Be responsible for shared marketing and partner sales objectives (e.g. pipeline and revenue contribution, joint customer stories, etc.)
  • Work closely with partner organization to influence campaigns and new initiatives
  • Leverage strategic partners in supporting key Fundbox initiatives 
  • Develop and project manage the development and execution of campaign assets (emails, landing pages, case studies, promos, tradeshow collateral, etc.) working with Marketing, Compliance and UX design team specialists
  • Position Fundbox as a thought leader 
  • Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements

The ideal candidate will:

Be passionate about marketing, partnership and working with a fast paced, collaborative team. You will prefer to work in an environment that has emphasis on the ownership of initiatives, collaboration, learning, curiosity and a drive to continually improve oneself, the team, and the organization. You will also love to problem solve, get hands-on, experiment, measure, and use creative marketing tools to grow the business.  

You will be focused on understanding the needs of current partners and prospective partners to deliver the right message at the right time, driving consideration and conversion of Fundbox products which will aid in 5x’ing our pipeline. You will develop product-specific marketing plans, strategies, and creative assets, informed by data. 

We are driven by performance with a mindset of continuous improvement rooted in testing and learning to optimize our results.

You Should Have 

  • 5+ years of experience in growth-related roles within B2B Fintech. Experience in SMB Embedded Capital will be nice to have
  • At least 8 years of relevant combined experience in growth related roles such as marketing, customer success, partner management, strategy, and business development
  • Successful track record of launching co-marketing campaigns and GTM (go-to-market)  for new partners
  • Experience supporting events and trade shows 
  • Ability to craft thought leadership pieces to showcase products and services
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working closely with other teams, especially, business development, sales and marketing, across remote and global teams
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute even when the path is ambiguous and dynamic
  • BA or BS Degree, or equivalent experience; MBA helpful but not required.
  • Ability to present information to a variety of audiences in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and professional demeanor

Compensation & Benefits

We anticipate the US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $190,000 The range displayed on each job posting reflects the amount the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors (i.e. job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training). The compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include any bonuses, equity, or benefits.
