What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll support the growth of our eCommerce partner ecosystem by driving engagement and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships and extend our reach. You’ll develop and deliver joint marketing campaigns, including co-branded digital activations, events, and newsletters, while collaborating closely with internal teams to create high-quality materials, messaging, and joint value propositions. By ensuring these assets are readily available and effective, you’ll empower Partner Managers and partners to confidently position and market our solutions together.

Working cross-functionally, you’ll align go-to-market efforts and ensure consistent partner-facing strategies. As both an advocate for partner needs and a champion of the company’s vision, you’ll foster mutual success while tracking performance, generating insights, and continuously optimizing initiatives to maximize impact.


How You Will Succeed
  • Drive Partner Engagement: Plan and execute co-marketing programs that strengthen partner relationships, increase engagement, and amplify mutual success.
  • Enable Partner Success: Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality co-branded materials, messaging, and joint value propositions that empower partners to position and market solutions effectively.
  • Attract and Retain Partners: Contribute to initiatives that generate inbound interest from prospective partners while nurturing existing relationships through compelling storytelling, visibility campaigns, and proof of value to drive long-term loyalty.
  • Elevate Market Presence: Support campaigns and activities that enhance visibility and credibility of the company within the eCommerce partner ecosystem.
  • Align Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner Management to ensure unified messaging, smooth collaboration, and coordinated go-to-market efforts.
  • Adapt and Optimize: Navigate shifting priorities, deadlines, and partner needs with composure, using insights and performance metrics to refine initiatives and maximize impact.
  • Serve as Ecosystem Advocate: Represent partner needs internally while clearly communicating the company’s value and vision externally to foster mutual success.


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or ecosystem marketing, preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or retail technology.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing joint marketing campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Ability to produce compelling co-branded materials, joint propositions, and partner-facing campaigns.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Comfortable using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to measure success and inform strategy.
  • Able to research, plan, and execute strategies independently while managing multiple initiatives.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, agency ecosystems, or co-marketing budgets/MDF programs.
