We are looking for a highly technical, business-savvy Partner Readiness Manager (PRM) specializing in the EPM market. In this role, you will act as the technical backbone of our Partner Alliance organization, working hand-in-hand with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) and Partner Sales Managers (PSMs). Your mission is to enable, coach, and elevate our Global and Regional System Integrators (GSIs/RSIs), ensuring they have the architectural expertise required to design and deliver world-class Pigment solutions for enterprise customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Partner Strategy & Enablement
    • Drive the technical execution strategy for assigned GSIs and RSIs, aligning Pigment product capabilities with partner industry practices.

    • Lead the maturity of partner Centers of Excellence (CoEs) through technical health checks, architectural standards, and early access to the product roadmap.

    • Design and deliver advanced enablement programs for partner Solutions Architects and Lead Model Builders, including bootcamps, architectural reviews, and hackathons.

    • Design and scale a structured technical onboarding program for new implementation partners, ensuring proficiency in Pigment's platform and delivery standards.

    • Publish reusable technical assets, integration guides, and model-building best practices to accelerate time-to-value.

    • Champion the adoption of Pigment's native AI capabilities and AI-assisted modeling tools in partner implementations to ensure delivery quality and reduce time-to-value for customers.

    • Strategic Deal Support
      • Support partner-led sales cycles on strategic accounts by leading discovery sessions, framing business value, and driving technical wins against legacy EPM competitors.

      • Oversee high-impact scoping workshops and POCs led by partners, ensuring models are structured for multi-year scalability and performance.

      • Act as the technical liaison between GSI delivery teams and Pigment's internal Product and Professional Services teams to unblock complex implementation hurdles.

      • Technical Depth
        • Serve as the subject matter expert on Pigment's core architecture, including advanced multi-dimensional modeling, dependency mapping, and formula optimization.

        • Guide partners on data pipelines connecting Pigment with ERPs (Workday, NetSuite, SAP), CRMs (Salesforce), HRIS (Workday, BambooHR), and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).

        • Enable and support partners on best practices for migrating customers off legacy EPM systems (Anaplan, Hyperion, Cognos, Adaptive) to Pigment's modern architecture.

        • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to synthesize partner field feedback into actionable product recommendations

        •  Mentor internal Solutions Consultants and Technical Account Managers on GSI engagement models, delivery governance, and partner relationship management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. An MBA or Master's in Finance/Data Science is a plus.

    • 5+ years in a highly technical consulting or solution architecture role within the EPM/Business Planning space (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Planful, OneStream, or Hyperion).

    • Strong experience working directly with or within GSIs (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Slalom) to build technical capabilities and support complex delivery ecosystems.

    • Proficiency in data modeling concepts, SQL, and API-driven enterprise application integrations.

    • #LI-SJ1

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Stock options to ensure you have a stake in Pigment's growth

  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, & vision insurance coverage for you & your loved ones

  • We encourage you to take the time you need. When you work hard, we know you also need to rest, which is why we offer generous time off and parental leave policies

  • Trust and flexible working hours

  • Along with one company offsite every year, we have brand new offices at the heart of major cities including New York, Toronto, Paris, London and San Francisco

  • High-end equipment (based on stock/availability) to do your work in the best conditions

  • Employer-sponsored 401(k), enabling you to prepare for retirement
