At Go1, we’re on a mission to help organizations deliver learning and development in more relevant, timely, and effective ways. From a small startup to now a global brand - we’ve grown by solving hard problems, embracing ambiguity, and never standing still.
If you thrive on change, get energy from big, complex challenges, and are excited to grow fast alongside smart, ambitious people, then Go1 might be exactly what you’re looking for. We offer autonomy with accountability, space to experiment, and the opportunity to shape solutions that impact millions of learners worldwide. We don’t have all the answers - and that’s the point. We figure it out together. Every line of code, every conversation, every bold idea helps move us closer to our mission: to enable individuals, organizations, and society to progress. There’s still so much to build — and even more to discover. Go there with us...

Go1 has built a strong partner ecosystem that includes leading HR and workforce technology platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, Rippling and Paylocity. Our partnerships typically start with a co-sell model, where Go1 works alongside partner sellers to win customers, before progressing towards resale, where partners can sell Go1 more independently. Your role as a Partner Sales Director is to own that journey across two to three strategic partners.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant commercial ownership. You’ll be responsible for growing partner pipeline and revenue today, while building the relationships, seller capability, product alignment and operating model needed to scale the partnership over time. This isn’t a role focused on simply maintaining partner relationships. You’ll own a revenue number, a pipeline and the strategy required to grow both. The goal is simple: turn strong strategic partnerships into productive, scalable revenue channels. You’ll be joining an environment where you’ll have room to shape how these partnerships grow, but you’ll also be expected to create momentum without waiting for a fully formed playbook.

What you'll do:

  • Own partner revenue and pipeline, including forecasting, reporting and accurate tracking of partner ARR.
  • Launch and grow co-sell partnerships, establishing the sales motion, relationships and ways of working required to generate revenue.
  • Build senior, multi-threaded relationships across partner sales, partnerships, marketing, product and executive teams.
  • Create a growth strategy for each partner based on their customers, commercial priorities, market position and sales model.
  • Use data to make commercial decisions, analysing pipeline, conversion and performance to understand where to focus and invest.
  • Enable partner sales teams to confidently position and sell Go1, working closely with Go1 Product Marketing and Sales.
  • Lead joint deal execution across partner sellers and Go1 AEs to create a coordinated experience for customers.
  • Work closely with Product to understand technical integrations, bring partner insight into product conversations and identify opportunities to deepen Go1’s role within each partner ecosystem.
  • Build the path from co-sell to resale, assessing partner readiness and developing the capability, processes and commercial alignment required for independent selling.
  • Own commercial agreements, including contract and commercial-term negotiations as partnerships grow.
  • Identify and develop one to two high-value new partner opportunities each year.

What you will bring:

  • You’ll likely have 5 to 8+ years of experience across partner sales, strategic partnerships, alliances, enterprise sales or business development within B2B technology.
  • A track record of growing complex partnerships, strategic accounts or partner-led revenue.
  • Experience building and running co-sell, channel or partner sales motions.
  • Strong analytical capability, with confidence working with numbers, pipeline data and commercial analysis.
  • The ability to influence sellers and stakeholders who don’t report to you.
  • Enough technical and product fluency to understand integrations and connect product decisions with commercial strategy.
  • Strong commercial judgement and confidence operating with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with contracts, commercial agreements and negotiations.
  • The ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity, autonomy and accountability.

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $130,000 and $150,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for an incentive plan and employee stock options. Join our team at Go1 and be at the forefront of transforming education through innovative learning solutions. Together, we can change the world. One learner at time.
