Partner Sales Executive II – Northeast Territory

Drive market strategies and launch cutting-edge solutions with us! 

 

OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS 

Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership of assigned clients to drive long-term partnerships and growth. 

  • Develop and implement a renewal and growth strategy to meet Alegeus revenue growth targets across assigned client accounts. 

  • Document, prioritize, and support employer pipelines for assigned clients, ensuring opportunities are accurately tracked in Salesforce.com. 

  • Utilize Alegeus go-to-market best practices to maximize visibility and potential for achieving or exceeding annual recurring revenue targets. 

  • Maintain 3-4X pipeline coverage (300%-400%+) of assigned quota over a 12-month rolling calendar to ensure sales targets are met. 

  • Consistently exceed annual recurring revenue growth and monthly sales activity quotas while adding new opportunities to the pipeline (10% of quota) each month.

  • Abilities: Ability to show curiosity and a proactive approach to learning, manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision, lead resources effectively, stay composed under pressure, maintain high standards of quality, take ownership of responsibilities, and consistently demonstrate integrity to drive successful outcomes.  

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business-to-business/channel sales, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with SaaS, FinTech, or Channel Go-To-Market models; expertise in managing complex, long sales cycles, working with online sales tools and CRM platforms. 

  • Education: BA/BS required; MBA preferred 

  • Location: Remote

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
